Look the Federal Government is trying to stimulate the economy by helping anyone who has not owned a principal residence in the last 3 years (counted exactly). The HELP is up to an $8000 credit on IRS Taxes. Moreover, in Florida the State Government will 'loan' you the $8000 or for whatever amount you qualify. Singles who earn less than $75,000/year qualify for the full amount, couples under $150,000. For couples, neither is eligible if either has owned a residence in last 3 years.

This is an unusual, to say the least, program and THE IT REALLY BOTHERS ME TO THINK THAT THERE ARE FOLKS OUT THERE ARE UNAWARE OF THE PROGRAM. OR UNBELIEVING THAT SUCH A PROGRAM COULD BE FOR REAL. I am more interested in getting the word out than in selling a house. I am a Liberal Democrat and that is how we think, sorry! I do not need a commission, email me or call. It would warm me greatly to know that I have alerted a potential homebuyer and saved them some MONEY!
