First Time Homebuyers in Bay County, Florida Listen Up!!!!!

First Time Homebuyers, If you have been thinking about buying a home NOW is the time to take action. Interest Rates are still low and prices have rolled back in many areas approximately 6 years. Also, the $8000 tax credit will be expiring on December 1st, 2009. That means that you have to be closed and funds have to have been paid by December 1st, 2009. Do not be scared of talking to the bank, the worse thing they will tell you is "No" which doesn't mean never, just not right now.
