2 new Restaurants at Disney. La Cava del Tequila & Kouzz

August 31st will be the soft opening of La Cava del Tequila, at the Mexican pavilion in Epcot. They will feature Mexican dishes along with 70 varieties of tequila The second new restaurant opening is Kouzzina by Iron Chef Cat Cora. Cuisine at Kouzzina (Greek for “kitchen” and pronounced “koo-zee-nah”) is Mediterranean. Located on Disney's Boardwalk it will be featuring Mediterranean cuisine. Some of the specialties offered are: Greek spinach pie, lamb, Greek doughnuts and baklava. The Official opening is scheduled for September 17th, but they are having a soft opening NOW. Kouzzina is replacing Spoodles on the Boardwalk
