Northeast Florida Home Sales

Indicators are changing -  Northeast Fl saw a surge in purchases of homes in this area in the past several months.  This was fueled by first time home buyers who took advantage of the tax credit that will expire in Dec.  Home sales were also helped by low mortgage rates.  Short Sales and Foreclosures also contributed to this change.
