Ocala Florida CDPE Thinking Out Loud!

I found myself here on a Tuesday afternoon wondering where do we go from here? I have several Short Sale Listings and a few in Negotiations... I have obtained the CDPE and I am currently an advanced member. This has been one of the Absolute Best Decisions I have ever made. Not only for the education but for the help it has allowed me to provide to my community. There are several people within the Community I have helped modify their loans so that they could keep their homes. This we do not get paid for or I should I do not for sure... But I am paid Ten Folds every time I see a happy sincere homeowner that appreciates the help and time I have given. I have always been a big believer in Referral business. I know that all of the oats that I sow today helping these homeowners will be the fields I harvest once this terrible market has come and gone. I am currently scheduled for and will attend the first class for the designation offered by the National Association of Realtors for the Certification. I am really excited about this as well.
