Ingredients 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen Mix soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. I make it with some wheat egg noodles and serve it to those that don't diet...they never know it is a WW meal...and don't believe me after I tell them. A sure fire hit!! The chicken shreds into strands and it is sooooo delicious!
