Weight Watchers Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen

  • 11 3/4 ounces fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 ounces light sour cream
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

  • Directions
  • Put frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot.

Mix soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, and pour over chicken.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

I make it with some wheat egg noodles and serve it to those that don't diet...they never know it is a WW meal...and don't believe me after I tell them. A sure fire hit!!

The chicken shreds into strands and it is sooooo delicious!
