My FIRST "first" day on the job since I can remember! It seems kind of funny looking at my business cards, web site, signs and video's with that big green EXIT logo. Just not used to seeing it. I always felt like I was "the face" of my former franchise in Tampa Bay. After 13 years of being #1 in that brand for Tampa Bay, I moved on to "greener pastures" and it is great!

The support I am getting is overwhelming. I have not had this kind of help and support since I can remember! So refreshing to feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself. With the other brand, I was just paying franchise fees. Now I have the full support of the EXIT system behind me. I looked at them all, but EXIT had that "Team" spirt that is so contagious. I know for a fact, that you will make more money and have more sales when you work in an environment you actually love to work in.

I'm going to write about my experience with EXIT from time to time to let my fellow agents know how it's going. In 2008, The Arcuri Team was ranked #1 in the World with ERA. Not even a phone call of congratulations from ERA. I can't count the calls I got from EXIT Realty top executives congratulating me on my award. Not just this year, but EVERY year that I can remember. I can't wait to get started giving my full attention to those who seem to have a genuine interest in me! I'm glad I finally woke up!

I'm excited about the future. I'm excited about EXIT. I'm excited about helping others see the light on why EXIT is G R O W I N G in a market that is constricting. The more you know, the better EXIT Realty looks!
