April or May of last year we were told by all the asset managers and asset managment companies that a large number of listings will be coming by July. When I didn't happen we were told to expect it in October. Still haven't seen a jump in foreclosure listings, but I know Foreclosures continue at record pace.
When will all of these hit the market? Any thoughts?
