Negative Press

The local newspaper plastered all over the frontpage of the Sunday paper that homeprices would fall another 20% this year in St.John's County. Is this true? I am not sure that they can predict the future and the negative press just fules the unstable Real Estate Market in Florida . We have had a much better year in 2009 and I predict a slight, not overwhelming, increase in stablilty in 2010. I think we as Realtors and advertisers should let our local newspapers know how we feel about their doom and dispare news reporting.
