Bring a friend-or make one-at the semimonthly "Buddy Run"

No need to join a thing-just show up and run at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center's Buddy Run, held the first and third Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6 p.m.

Runners and walkers have the option of doing 1.25 or 2.5 miles. This is not a competition, but rather a fun way to exercise, make new friends and perhaps even train for the Spring Chicken Run (ages 13 and older) and the Chicken Little Run (ages 3 to 12) to be held on Saturday, March 27 at the Civic Center.

The Port St. Lucie Civic Center is located at 9221 Civic Center Place, on the southeast corner of U.S. 1 and Walton Road.
