Another Happy First Time Homebuyer with Brook Simmons and The Payne Group

I feel so blessed today. Just closed on a home, purchased by an old friend and first time homebuyer. She purchased a GREAT 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that was a foreclosure and walked away with some of her earnest money back in her pocket. She will be getting the 8k tax credit as well. Oh and did I also mention that she was able to qualify for 100% financing. What a GREAT time to buy a home!!! It is so exciting to be able to help so many people get into a home especially without breaking their bank account. The Rural Development loans are so wonderful !!!!
