You remember "beware the ides of March" right? Now the Fed has fired a shot over the bow last week. It won't bother us consumers right now, but does portend higher rates coming. My take is that the Fed is now thinking more about inflation than recession. Now, why is this of interest (no pun intended)? Combined with my earlier predictions, it is the best time to list or buy before rates go up and the market is more flooded with short sales.
