Central Florida Homes and the Real Estate Market: Do You Have "THE SKINNY"?

The Orlando Regional REALTOR Association/ORRA has the newest/February edition of "The Skinny." The Skinny is a quick, fairly comprehensive overview of EVERYTHING real-estate-related for the previous month. Check out the median home sales price for January, $103,000, according to The Skinny, which to my estimation is definitely brought down by extremely low sales prices. If you took out bank-owned and short sale properties (impossible--but if you did), the median home sales price would be about $169,000 for January 2010.
