Washington County Florida Residential Sales 2009-2010

So how are we doing so far? Sales of residential units in Washington County, Florida as compared to last year. I have included manufactured homes in this report as I for one still consider them to be a "home".

It would appear that the market is showing signs of recovery in our area, although slowly.
