Just thought I would amuse myself and check out the ratios of foreclosed, short sale and norhousemal listings in Lake County, Florida. The county with over 1200 names lakes.....geesh, where are all the people living!

Anyway...here is what I found. There are 321 foreclosed properties for sale, 761 short sale properties and 2,922 properties that fall into the category I like to call "normal."

So, there is something for everyone. Here is a little breakdown of the properties:
