According to a study of Forbes.com, Florida is one of the best places to do business!
Florida made rank seven in the 2007 listing of business-friendly states.
For the second year in a row, Forbes.com has ranked the top states for business, considering business costs, economic climate, growth prospects, labor, quality of life and regulatory environment.
Forbes also measured the amount of available venture capital and how much red tape state governments inject in the business environment.
Virginia was the top-ranked state for the second year, finishing in the top 10 in four of the six main categories.

3. North Carolina
4. Texas
5. Washington
6. Idaho
7. Florida
8. Colorado
9. North Dakota
10. Minnesota
