Mrs. Reality here, When does the Real Estate transaction stop? I know what you are all going to say...at the closing table...HOWEVER.

What has been an amazing addition to my sale is having a contractor, a floor contractor, a ceiling rep. ( down in Florida it is a new thing called a "stretch ceiling" from France...that has become the newest hotest item here if you are direct ocean.)

I now have afforded my customers a licensed contractor, a fantastic floor guy, "Floors to Go" - Phil L'Eliie contact for floors and the newest innovation "stretch ceilings" as well.

A stretch ceiling is a ceiling made of a type of material like Mylar - you know the balloon material. It reflects the ocean or the interior of your home and makes it look like it has ceilings twice as high as they are. It is quite expensive as it is new. If you have a "Direct Ocean" view and you have this "stretch ceiling" in place, you can watch the ocean wave's from your dining room, living room ...and in some cases your bedroom.
