There is a new addition to The Loop in Osceola County and it is almost finished being built.
It will have 400,000 square feet of space. The Loop West was slated to be done with construction in the spring of 2008, BUT it should be finished as early as the end of THIS year -- 2007!
The Loop and The Loop West are just south of the Orange County line, right in between southern Orlando and Kissimmee.
Consumer and retail interest for both "The Loop" and "The Loop West" has been fantastic." The Loop West will complement the venues located at 'The Loop' allowing us to provide an even more diverse mix of shopping and dining choices to the citizens of southern Orange and Northern Osceola Counties.", says Tom Wilder - the Loops developer.
Beginning plans are for 30 shops -- JC Penny, is slated to open in October 2007 so far. The Belk Outlet will be an anchor store along with JC Penny.
This promises to be a very busy intersection at the corner of John Young Parkway and Osceola Parkway.

I hope the traffic at that intersection is not bad during Christmas..... it is a major link home and on the way north to orlando for us.
This sounds great and I hope they build this to last a long time. And no bridges , right? Good info.
