With the slower housing and mortgage market, all of us should be in the office bright and early and work on branding and networking as much as possible.
I get asked all the time "WHERE DID THAT CLIENT COME FROM?" and it's simple - they came from my constant business building system.
Which is a very simple process. . .
step #1 Try something new to interact with a potential client or referral source every day.
step #2 go to step #1
This is a continuous loop until I start again the next day at step #1
