Miami Gardens, A Good Buy!

The City of Miami Gardens is located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The predominant housing style is single family homes, which is very attractive to many home buyers who are ready to make the switch from apartment complexes to their own HOA-free property. The neighborhood is quiet, with a big percentage of homeowners who have lived in their property for a number of years. The Dolphin Stadium is located in Miami Gardens, right off NW 27th Ave. and NW 199th Street (Honeyhill). Thanks to the fact that the Superbowl was held in the Dolphin Stadium last year, the City of Miami Gardens received its fair share of revitalization, mainly along NW 27th Ave and NW 199th Street. In addition, City officials have pledged funds to the continued revitalization of the City, which makes it very attractive to new home buyers. Why would someone go for a $250K townhouse in Hialeah while there are comparable priced single family homes in Miami Gardens? Many buyers have asked themselves the same questions, they have compared facts such as location, price per sqft, total sqft of the property, and they have decided to go for Miami Gardens where property taxes and homeowner's insurance rates are still acceptable.

I have been through your area quite a bit.  I live in Key West and head north regularly to just get off the rock.  Very nice area.  How is your market these days?  Pretty slow here.  Luckily for us the things that are moving are upper end.
