Real Estate Sales in Pasco County, Florida: Part 2 of 3
In Part 1, from March 2010 to March 2011 there was an increase of approximately 22.7% in home sales throughout Pasco County, Florida.
From March 2010 to March 2011 the months of inventory has decreased 14% from 8.9 months of inventory down to 7.6 months of inventory:
Does this mean the housing market has bottomed out? No one knows for sure although some do claim to be able to predict the future with their crystal ball :)
What the numbers do show is that compared to the same time last year the housing market in Pasco County, Florida in doing a little better.
The average sale price of a home in New Port Richey, Florida has also decreased which is favorable to buyers. This will be covered in Part 3.
