EDWARD J. JONES, JOINS RE/MAX COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATES AS DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS

Fort Lauderdale, Florida - RE/MAX Commercial Associates, a full service commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Edward Jones has joined the firm as the Director of Investments. Edward will be providing Net Leased Investment services for commercial properties including Health Care, Anchored Shopping Centers, Single Tenant Retail, Industrial and Office properties. Edward will provide investment advisory, acquisition and disposition of assets, corporate sale lease back analysis, opinion of value and lease versus purchase analysis.

Prior to joining RE/MAX Commercial Associates, Edwards was a Director of Investments with Keller Williams Commercial, where he specialized in acquisition and disposition of commercial assets.

During his career, Edward has developed the knowledge and the expertise to consistently maximizes his client's return on investment and exceeds his client's expectations. Edward has held important leadership positions in sales, marketing and Information technology during his career; VP at Investment Bull Commercial Realty, Director of Investments at ES Johnson RE Services, VP of Information Technology at Aflac, Director System Engineering and Senior Project Engineer at Hughes Electronics and other leadership positions. Edward holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Edward is a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM), a prestigious designation in Commercial Real Estate that is earned by only 4% of the Commercial Practitioners in the US.
