I got sick of paying the high
cost of advertising!

full page color ad in one of the local RE magazines and I got ONE PHONE CALL
from that ad! It wasn't even a good lead! I've spent HUNDREDS in newspaper

picture listing with full description is FREE. You can even renew it for FREE. The
account is FREE. There is no contract to sign, no obligation and no credit card
required. Just open an account and start posting your listings. I don't care if you
have 1 or 100 listings, they are all FREE. I'll even extend your listing to 6 months
after you post it for FREE. You can enhance your listing with bold text or colored
background or place it in the featured property rotation for a buck or two but it's not
required to get the basic listing for FREE.
To help promote this service, I'm offering FREE ad banners on the city page of your
choice. Just design your own banner with our online banner creator and let me know what
page you want it on I'll put it there for 6 months for FREE. If you want to
continue it after that it's a whopping 5 bucks for 6 more months. There are over 400
Florida cities to choose from. If your city's not listed, just let me know and I'll add
it in for FREE. Ads on higher level pages are available for ten to twenty bucks for 6
months.

of money off this service. I AM committed to making this service work for all of
us. It did not cost a lot to set up and is costing very little to maintain.
