Should I stay or should I go? Short Sale Sellers ask themselves

Should I stay or should I go? Short Sale Sellers ask themselves.

So much is being said about Short Sales that the Short Sale here in South Florida continues to be feared, yet it shouldn't.

A Short Sale is an Option; simple as that.  It is the distressed Seller's option to avoid foreclosure. Whatever the reason for being under financial stress, a Short Sale can provide great relief when done right. Done right, is important to remember.

We all know of someone who lost a job, had wages reduced, current expenses increased when living paycheck to paycheck, mounting medical bills piled up, went through a divorce or worse yet lost a loved one.  Any of these circumstances can throw anyone off track. Denial can be a huge part of someones lives when faced with these circumstances just hoping that they'll wake up the next day and it will have all been just a nightmare. It's understandable, who wants to face up to the fact that this could be happening to them; it's not easy.

At one point, the distressed Seller realizes that they need to make a decision that goes beyond "Should I stay or should I go?" as it's likely they don't have the choice as it's being realized that they need to go. Now what?
