Fighting to Buy the Ocala House for Sale, This was the scene in Ocala Florida last Saturday. With 35 in attendance 12 registered bidders and three that wanted it really bad. With call in bids all the way from Virginia and live bidders standing on the floor the competition was pretty fierce. As I read the terms and conditions I could sense a great deal of anticipation around the room. However when the bidding started I was calling bids, asking for the money and I was not let down. I will have a full report on the final sale price and other important stats in a day or so. I just wanted to make a early post and oh by the way, we had the Auction on Saturday and the transaction Closed Yesterday ( two Business days after the Auction, Three and 1/2 days total.
