Honk if you love your Realtor! As a Coral Springs Realtor, what better vote of confidence for the service you provide to your customers than a HONK?!

To receive a "Honk" what would you have to do as a Realtor? I would think that you would have to:

• Establish trust in your relationship
• Be honest
• Be of high ethical character
• Deliver on your promises
• Know how to market a home to sell if you're Listing a home
• Have a huge Internet presence - good "Google Juice"

  Be responsive by having a good level of communication with your customers; return calls, emails and texts promptly
  Be empathetic; understand your customer and respond accordingly
  Have effective negotiation skills
  Have a successful track record of selling homes
  Be driven
  Be persistent
  Be determined
  Love being a Realtor, as I do

  Did you know that a Realtor in the Real Estate Industry is ranked near the top of being one of the most stressful jobs? If you ask a Realtor, they'd agree. It takes a lot of hard work to meet all those attributes listed above and you have to enjoy doing it ... you gotta have the passion for the job.

  As a Realtor, if you do all this, don't be surprised the next time you're in your car driving around town and you receive a "honk" ... you look to the left to see driving by you, a Customer whose home you just sold for them.
