Here's some good news for Jacksonville Florida residents - and we need some good news, don't we?
It looks like our state is not going to have a second recession, according to The Miami Herald via the Florida Association of Realtors News. In fact, we are predicted to have a modest 2.2% growth next year, in spite of the talk about a second recession in the nation.
This is welcome to Florida residents who have weathered the worst recession in the state's history in modern times. The study was conducted by Wells Fargo who reports a 1% job growth in Tampa and South Florida in the last three months.
