HUD has approved a program to allow owner-occupant buyers to purchase HUD REO properties with as little as $100 down in select States? The $100 down payment is available in the following states now through October 2012.
The $100 down payment program is to be used with FHA backed loan and can even be used on homes that will only qualify for FHA 203k loans to help pay for major repairs and renovations. Property must be purchase at full list price.
