Follow up: Short Sale with PNC Bank

Two weeks ago I posted: Short Sale with PNC Bank looking for some help. I am here to report I got Zero! So I logged on to Short Sale Specialists and got a contact name and phone number for someone in the Short Sale department at PNC Bank. Well, I was informed that my file was complete and waiting for a BPO to be done. I also asked that the file be accelerated upon completion. Then I terminated the title company that was willing to just sit and wait for a fax notification that was never coming.

Today, I now have the approval letter after negotiating an amount that the sellers could handle. After farming out my files because of Short Sale burnout, I have learned that I need to be the negotiator as I am ultimately responcible for the success or failure on each transaction.
