DAVIDSON REALTY AGENTS REACH THEIR “PEAK” WITH NEW TRAINING PROGRAM

Rumor has it that there is a new training program, which all of the Jacksonville and St. Augustine real estate pros are using; it is called Peak Producers. This new program was developed by Buffini & Company, which is a leading real estate sales training and consulting firm.

Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty, is a certified Buffini & Company Mentor and has implemented Peak Producers at Davidson Realty. Her comment on the intensive two-day training was, “Davidson Realty is committed to providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities to our Realtors. The Buffini & Company program is one of the best I’ve seen to generate leads and boost business.” The core purpose behind Peak Producers is to explain the four market conditions, which realtors face with buyers. It teaches realtors seven types of negotiation skills, and how to develop daily habits, attitude and the skills necessary to become a peak performer. One of Davidson Realty’s St. Augustine Realtors, Mirtha Barzaga is a firm believer in the program.
