We just returned from a very intensive and productive tour of Europe, including Paris, Bordeaux, Niece, St. Tropez, Marseilles, Barcelona, Milan, Rome, Zurich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Brussels.

Our presentations provided prospective buyers with real time examples of how we can help them develop a real estate investment strategy that makes sense, as well as a better understanding of why international buyers must consider working with a local real estate professional instead of mistakenly dealing directly with a developer with the common misconception that they will get a "better deal" by doing so.

We also explained hour our "turnkey" services make property ownership simple and secure and the selection and purchase process a pleasurable and rewarding experience.

We were surprised to find that there was much interest our ability to assist those looking for immigration and/or visa opportunities through real estate investments including the EB5 visa program.

Another part of our service offering that seems very interesting to some investors was our ability to find financing sources for investment and vacation properties, sometimes with as little as 25% down payment.
