It’s Been Great...Now, When Did You Say You Were Leaving? I’ve Got to Get Back to ActiveRain!

My husband’s sister and brother-in-law just left to head back to Kansas HouseguestsCity after a 6 day visit and while we had a great time and loved the visit, it’s time to get back to life as I know it. You know how it is with company... it doesn’t matter who it is... relative or good friend.... there’s always something nice about settling back into your routine. And I know that they too are ready to head back home. (although I’d like to point out that while it’s about 66 degrees here in Delray Beach... where they’re going it’s 4 degrees with a wind chill factor of -7!)

Now, when I say “get back to ActiveRain” it’s not like I didn’t post or comment. (I actually had 2 posts that were given the Gold Star). When I knew they were coming for a visit I tried to put some posts in “DRAFT” mode. Many of the Bloggers here write posts during their free time ready to go “PUBLIC” at any time.

Localism posts are nice for getting ahead of the game. You can bank away several posts on local businesses or neighborhoods. Stagers can write “how to” posts or latest trends and publish them when you need to. Same goes for home inspectors and really anyone else.

So while I’ve posted and left some comments each day of their visit, I really am ready to get back to ActiveRain.


bloggingI know I’ve missed many interesting and informative posts due to my shortened time here last week. And I’m counting on Pat Kennedy’s and Donne Knudsen’s weekly picks to help me catch up. I’m ready to see what my AR Buddies have been up to.


As many have attested to ActiveRain is NOT just a Real Estate Social Network it really is an ACTIVE Community of REAL People... real friends with real concerns, advice and ideas.
