The cost of being a Realtor is high. I brought several new agents to my team a couple of years ago and they have stuck it out through this hard time all RE agents have been going through. And then January rolls around and ALL dues become Payable at once. (MLS, SupraKey, Remax International) ALL worth it!
Well if you owned any other business you would still have overhead. Although I hate to have to pay everything all in the same month at least it is paid and covered for the whole year and I don't have to think of it again until 09'.
Does anyone else share this view?
