You have a gold star in carnivals contests and blogging events. Nice carnival, Brian.
Very good choice. I enjoyed reading that post.
Thanks for putting this together.
I really like your suspenders!!!
Tim:
Yours was excellent, too. I think Sharon's was more timely and appealed to the judges. I liked Robert's and Michael's a lot, also. Hell...they were all excellent!
Brian...As mentioned already, excellent choice. I look forward to what everyone can develop for your next one.
YAY! Thanks Brian and Congratulations Sharon! I am loving all these contests and how everyone is getting involved!
Bravo on the post Sharon! Congrats - many more to come i'm sure! And Brian thanks for hosting this carnival!
OLD?? heheh... I've been on AR for less than a month :)
Brian - thanks for putting on the contest - it spurred some good blogs - and also for your links to the other articles. Since I have a subscription to Forbes through December, I'd like to pass it on to another of the entrants - whichever one contacts you first asking for it. I'll keep the kudos, though!
Renee and Kaushik - thanks for the congratulations.
Brain...(oops I mean BRIAN!) Thanks for the carnival. ..and the braiuns...Sharon..Great writing, as usual!
Thanks, janeAnne. I'm in good company!
Way to go Sharon Simms! I totally missed the contest - of course - I spent most of February in Las Vegas!
Wow, Mikey! I heard New Century bit the dust, also!
I love these carnival posts. I seem to miss one or two of them, and these give me a chance to go back and learn something. Thanks!
I could always use the fortune subscription, once I leave school in May, I will have to start buying stuff again. Scarrrrrrry...
I didn't even realize I joined a contest! Sorry about that. Thanks for letting me participate anyway!
You wrote two great posts, Karen.
Thank you Brian for the mention. I was so surporsed to see my name there! I appreciate that you thought enough of my blog to include it.
Brian, I am so impressed that you got Greg Swann to submit a post here! I do notice he posted it only to the group, so as not to take any points for it. And I figure that's because in Greg's universe, receiving points would take away from the perfection and purity of the thing. <s>
Ya gotta admire the guy! He has elevated being an "insufferable bastard" (his own words at times) to an art form. And just so's anyone is confused as to where I stand: Greg is one of my favorite bloggers.
PS Yes, I know this post is from 6 months or so ago. For some reason, when I clicked Brian's face this morning, this post displayed at the top. Wierd! So I figured I'd comment, anyway. No one else will probably see it!
good post
A carnival is an apropos theme sometimes! Sometimes I'm the monkey in tights, sometimes the barker and sometimes I clean up the cages.
