Who is Charlotte Rose Realty?

Charlotte Rose is the wife of David for almost 35 years, mother to Nancy and Liz, and grandmother to Dylan, Austin and Zack. David and Charlotte have lived in the Groveland and Mascotte area all their married life. I got my real estate license in 1985 and worked for Max Judy and Associates ERA before joining Rochelle Frazier Realty. I learned many things from Rochelle and valued her as a dear friend. After her illness, I moved my license to Lakes Real Estate in their Groveland office which was later renamed All-Right Realty. Later I joined Micki Blackburn Ralty when it was in its beginings and stayed there many years. About 5 years ago, I opened my own office.

I now work with many buyers and sellers in addition to doing BPO's for several companies.

I like to work with everyone on a personal one on one relationship. When you call, you will get me. I will return calls and e-mails. I check my e-mails usually hourly. I work hard to make your real estate experience with me a pleasant one.
