FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS

Tell first-time homebuyers it's time to commit: A provision of the recently-passed federal housing recovery bill gives first-time buyers an interest-free loan of up to $7,500 in the form of an income tax credit. The benefit ends June 30, 2009.

I'm taken time again to write in my blog as i'm wrapping up my week stay at Estero Island Beach Club vacation rentals on Ft. Myers Beach. A great place to get away for a little and enjoy the pool overlooking the gulf, grilling on the beach & waking up in the morning to sound of crashing waves, very relaxing.
