So I made another amazing connection with a Realtor 2 weeks ago... and we hit it off so well. We're going to comarket and do other things that I offer to my partners...
So based in the realm of the "What is a good lead for you?" idea, I basically have this sort of approach.
So that set my wheels spinning... talking to HR people is tough because they get pitched for so many services every day!
Down here, the Scripps move into Palm Beach is great but it is the North County that will see most of the effect and Broward where she is located won't feel that much.
There is no heavy industry here... mainly tourism and trade.
That's why I thought I should post this... there are too many opportunities here. There are so many people moving to South Florida everyday.
South Florida is and has always been a hot spot for relocation. The reason my wife and I chose here rather than Chicago when we relocated was simple... we thought that there was a lot more opportunity to make money here from scratch. I didn't need to know a lot of people to get started because there aren't as many long term relationships here. Too many people passing through. Too much activity... it is a great place for that reason.
Simply put, South Florida is a tropical climate in the continental United States. There is an enormous amount of wealth living here among us groundlings. There is an fantastic opportunity coming... nay HERE, NOW to capitalize on the market being down to provide our clients with low cost of homeownership!
All those factors are showing NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO MOVE TO FLORIDA!!!
