I have an opportunity to receive consultation fees for an out of town seller who is using an out of town listing agent. In order to post the listings on our local MLS I must be listed as either the agent or co-agent. I will be the local contact for showings but the listing agent will do all of the other work. Has anyone else done this?
As a Florida Keys resident for over 30 years I have helped many buy or sell in Key West and the Lower Keys. People love our chain of islands and the unique locals who call this home full or part time.
