I had been wondering for a long time, "Where do all of the Collier County FL (Naples, FL Marco Island) Real Estate people hang out? They all have websites, and I find a few here and there on Facebook or even Myspace - but there HAS to be a spot where they all spend their time."

And now I've found it. Activerain.

As owner of an animal trapping company (NeighorHelp Referrals' Affordable Trapping), I've found that Real Estate businesses and related businesses (property managers, etc) are some of our best customers, as it's hard to sell a house with rodents in the attic or bees hanging on the tree in the front yard.

Of course, Real Estate agents are in a tough position. Do they charge the seller? Do they have the buyer take care of it? Do they handle it themselves? Not being directly in Real Estate, I do not know the proper answer.

If you need business cards, ,just ask and I'll be happy to mail you a handful. Our best advertising has been word of mouth, either through the Internet, from neighbor to neighbor, businessperson to client, through simply passing on the bright orange business cards.

Referrals are "everything" and providing quality service ensures a solid reputation in the community. We believe we have achieved that, but it is constant work.

If you or someone you know has problems with rats in their attic (tell tale sign: scratching sounds over your head at night), bees, armadillos (tell tale sign: mysterious holes in the yard), raccoons, we'll be happy to take care of it for you.
