Home are being sold at 2003 prices allowing you to get into homes at a substantially lower price than they were sold for previously, and if it's a newer home you can get into a lot of homes lower than the actual cost to build. We have a saying at CENTURY 21 Beggins that we are having "a ½ Price sale" because this is what a lot of times homes are selling for from their previous prices.
