Good things to come??

Well, finally some good news about the housing market. New home sales rose 2.7 percent duing the month of September after they expected the sales to decline.

If you are in the market for a new home the buyer incentives have never been better. Most builders are offering great financing options along with several upgrades. In the Hillsborough County area, I know of 2 builders that are selling new homes with nearly 1800 square feet for the mid 100's. The price of the home is actually lower than the cost to build which means a great deal for the consumer.
