Marketing a Home vs. Listing a Home

I've blogged about this before but I'm constantly amazed at other Realtors who can only be bothered to supply a single picture in MLS. Our job is to MARKET A HOME, heck it does not take nearly any effort to LIST A HOME. Marketing a home is entirely different. Now we know why sellers are aggravated with Realtors that want 3% to sell a home when they do almost nothing to MARKET a home.

I dont mind previewing homes for my clients but when listing agents can only supply no more than a single picture its not providing a service to anyone.
