Folks that are buying homes in the Florida Keys are coming here for the fabulous Florida Keys lifestyle that centers around our tropical climate and the unbelievable waters that surround our wonderful chain of islands, from Key Largo to Key West. In the upper Keys, many of the homes that folks purchase are located within neighborhhoods that have canal access or have wonderful homeowners parks that offer beaches, boat ramps and docks and parks. As a proactive agent, I always make sure that I offer my clients, a tour by boat from any location that they are interested in. Since I live on the Adam's Cut Waterway which is centrally located in the island of Key Largo, I will invite prospective buyers to step aboard.. I then take them to the docks or homeowners parks of the homes that they are intersted in and from there show them the access to the Ocean and Bay form any particular location. I fully explain, the control depth of the waters, the bridges and the access to World famous destinations like the Caribbean Club, Gilberts and the Holiday Isles sandbar. I show them how to get to the John Pennekamp State Park reefs, The underwater Statue of Christ, and where they can catch a snapper dinner on any particular day of the week. I also get to know my buyers during this time and they tend to relax and begin to enjoy the day and the experience that being on the water brings. After all...
