Curb Appeal- Standing out in the sea of competition

We all know that the first step to getting a home sold is to have prosepctive buyers look at the property. In the Florida keys where the weather is warm and tropical , the landscape in the yard and garden can quickly become unruly and messy. When I list a sellers home, I help them stage the outside of the home as well as the inside. I have a crew of landscape men and offer the sellers of the home services at wholesale labor and wholesale plant cost, a re-usrfacing of the outside of the home to make it stand out.
