When it rains, it pours!

Wow! What a wonderful couple of weeks! Two closed transactions equals Christmas shopping money! I just never can get over how the dry spells seem to drag by and then, poof! You've got buyers and closings! I won't complain, only hope that it keeps on raining! :)

I'm not asking to be the most successful realtor in all of Florida (although that would be nice) but I am working my tail off knowing that all my hard work will eventually pay off and let me keep doing what I love!
