Welcome 2009

Well the New Year is finally here. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! 2008 was a year we would like to forget, but will probably never forget in our lifetime. The Wars, the Economy, High Unemployment, Bank failures and bailouts etc. Well 2009 is here with a New Hope, New Expectations, New Administration and a renewed energy to accomplish and exceed our expectations . I'm sure like everybody I made NewYears resolutions such as Lose Weight, Stop Smoking etc. However, My biggest resolutions are the ones I set for Myself each and Every Year. Be a Better Husband, Be a Better Grandfather, Be a Better Appraiser and Be a Bigger and Better Advocate of the Real Estate Industry in SW Florida. I truly thank GOD for allowing me to live in such a beautiful part of his Earth. To those who have been here and experienced the wonders of SW Florida " Come on Back", for those who live in Florida You already know the Magic of this State, for those who have never been here and/or thinking about coming here Please Do! I came here 20 years ago for a visit and vacation found Paradise and have been here ever since.I wish everyone a Healthy and Happy New Year and Thank You Friends, Colleagues and Family for your support and for future Friends and Colleagues for your anticipated Support
