Sarasota - Bradenton & Gulf Coast Islands
Sarasota is located on southwestern coast of Florida. The barrier islands famous for the quality of their beaches belonging to Sarasota are Lido Key, Saint Armand Key, Otter Key, Coon Key, Bird Key and part of Longboat Key and Siesta Key. Longboat Key south of Anna Maria Island is divided between Manatee and Sarasota counties.
Bradenton is located between Tampa and Sarasota at the mouth of Tampa Bay with the Manatee River running through the city. It has a population of about 50,000 people. Attractions in downtown Bradenton include South Florida Museum, Bishop Planetarium and Parker Manatee Aquarium.
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport serves over 1 million passengers a year.

Sarasota attractions include The Ringling Museum of Arts, Selby Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and the educational Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium. Anna Maria Island Beach
Anna Maria Island is 7.5 miles long and one mile wide with powder soft white sand beaches and has no buildings taller than three stories.

City of Holmes Beach

Bradenton Beach is located on Anna Maria Island and has a population of about 1,700 people. The two other cities on Anna Maria Island are the city of Holmes Beach with a population of about 5,000 and Anna Maria Island City with a population of about 1,800 people.
