Don't Miss the Parade

Flagler's Annual Parade of Homes kicks off on February 28th. If you are looking for a home builder to build your dream home, this is by far your best opportunity to find the one matching your needs, budget and style.

The judging took place on February 20th, and we wish all the homebuilders who entered the best of luck! We are thrilled to be a part of the change for the better, and sincerely hope that other builders in the area realize that building Green is not only the right thing to do for the environemt, but makes for better homes! And contrary to what many believe, building Green doesn't not always cost the consumer more money, especially if you take into consideration significant savings in home maintenance bills. For example, our Floridian Green Collection homes start at $89.67 per square foot, which is comparable to what other builders in the area charge for traditional construction. But even if you choose to build with a builder who charges more to build GREEN - it is still worth the additional investment.
