ORLANDO, Fla. – Centex Homes will showcase its new super-powered realtor commission structure and unveil 19 new model homes during an area-wide realtor open house and luncheon held simultaneously in eight central Florida communities on Wednesday, March 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Carol-Ann Barody, director of operational marketing for Centex Homes’ East Florida division, said co-broke commissions for area realtors include a full three percent on the first home sold, four percent for the second home, five percent for the third and every additional home sold thereafter.
Barody said the super-powered commission offer is available in all Centex Homes communities throughout Florida through July 31.
Centex will also unveil 19 model homes in its eight Central Florida communities, including town homes and single family homes priced from the $130s to the mid $200s. To RSVP for the event call 407-661-4789.
