Pirate Harbor is a waterside community with canals and spacious waterfront homes adjacent to Charlotte Harbor. Unlike the spiffy and polished Burnt Store Marina just to it's south, this community is somewhat eclectic and avant garde. If you like the notion of living on the water but are not enamored of living in a deed-restricted community, this place may appeal to you. The name, Pirate Harbor, is wholly appropriate!
